Pricing Policy:

It's impossible for us to know every competitors prices and specials that they may be running at any one time. What we can do is agree to price match with online competitors. To price match we take into account the following:

• Stock liquidations and loss leaders are excepted
• Ebay auction prices are excepted
• Commercial quantities - we will happily discuss them and make alternate arrangements
• Pricing options and specials must be verifiable online and available to the general public
• Payment options must be the same - if a competitor limits payment options on specials and promotions then those same limitations will apply with us
• Cost and method of delivery must be taken into account
• We will not ship regular post - yes it's a few dollars cheaper but is also less reliable and lost parcels are difficult to track. With out postage options your parcel can be easily tracked by Auspost so the few extra dollars are well worth it
